What does the ₹15,000 onboarding fee include?
Everything you need to launch: the physical LED backlit acrylic tabletop standee manufactured and delivered to your location, a custom QR code configured and printed, and 1 full year of platform access — storefront, dashboard, WhatsApp ordering, scan analytics, Google review routing, and unlimited catalog items.
Are there any commissions or hidden fees?
Zero. Unlike Zomato or Swiggy which charge 18–30% commission per order, ScanTapView charges a flat annual fee only. Every rupee your customer pays goes directly to you via your UPI or cash — we never touch it.
What is the annual renewal cost?
After your first year, platform renewal is ₹10,000/year. This covers continued hosting, dashboard access, analytics, and all software updates. The physical standee is not re-delivered on renewal — you keep it.
How long does delivery take?
After payment and profile setup (under 5 minutes), your standee is manufactured and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes 4–7 business days across India with full tracking.
What types of businesses can use ScanTapView?
Any walk-in local business — salons, cafes, restaurants, gyms, jewellery shops, dental clinics, diagnostic labs, law firms, interior designers, home service providers. If customers visit your physical location, ScanTapView works for you.
Can I get a refund?
If unsatisfied within 7 days of account activation, we offer a partial refund of ₹5,000 (the platform portion). The standee is custom-manufactured and non-refundable once production begins. Defective or damaged standees are replaced for free.
